We can change our daily habits with small steps.
Eat healthier, less sugar (and hidden sugar in carbohydrates), less fat food, and move more.
Try to find People to join you, Together, it will be easier!
FOOD:
Eat a combination of different foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains. Reduce your sugar and hidden sugar intake, same as for fatty food.
By eating healthy, you will reduce your risk of malnutrition and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Those diseases are common now and even often undetected…prevent yourself!PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Contrary to what you might believe, you only need about 150 minutes of light activities to remain healthy. This means some exercise 3-4 times a week is good.
STRENGTH:
Start with small strength training, it does not have to be push-up if you cannot…
You can lie down on your arm or walk carrying a bottle of water a few times a week for some time. Increase the intensity along with your progress.CARDIO:
Elevating your heartbeat is important to build endurance which will impact positively your daily life. Find time to have some walks around your house or nice area.
REWARD YOURSELF:
Treat yourself when you reach your goals, small treats will motivate you to continue.
Healthy Lifestyle should not be perceived like a sacrifice but an enjoyable routine.MENTAL:
Remember that your mental health is the foundation of your overall health. Learn to relax and keep things in perspective when facing stressful situations.
